Innovations BIOCED develops plant protection products for organic agriculture. Our goal is to replace chemical products used in horticulture and agriculture that are harmful for the environment, wildlife and flora, with 100 % natural products.
Our products are based on plant extracts from Northern species of conifers, particularly Northern White Cedar (hence our name Bio-ced). The cedar tree is one of the longest-living trees, stemming from its capacity to protect itself against damaging fungi and insects. This power of self-defence has been concentrated in our products to provide a barrier against foliar diseases (ex. Mildew, Botrytis) and root diseases (ex. Pythium, Rhizoctonia solani).
Our plant extracts based on essential oils and floral waters (hydrosols) are also known for their odor neutralizing effects. They also come with the pleasant side-effect of leaving a light scent of forest and nature after their application
